Refund policy

We offer free returns on all orders! Any new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please contact customer support to schedule the return.

Damaged Items 

If your order arrived damaged, please reach out to us at info@hometownrootssupplyco.com with your order number, a picture of the damaged item, your full name, and a brief description of what is wrong. Please allow us three business days from the day you reach out to us to reply with next steps for resolving your damaged art issue. 

Cancellations 

We are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Once they are delivered to the destination address, they are able to be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
